Friday, March 21 is the impending interview with the lovely Danette of the local reader's blog (for which I will produce a link as soon as I remember where I put the bloody thing...), which will be the first ever interview I've attended that didn't concern what uniform or nametag I was about to wear until I couldn't take it anymore. This time, someone wants to know about my comic. Which is way cool.

Well, when he first appeared, the flying pig was complaining about hell getting chilly, and he was more or less a messenger from hell warning me not to make it worse. I guess I always figured he'd be a demonic character, but of course my demons are never really that bad.

Cute kitties may, in fact, be the death of us all. Suki was positively evil last night while the Boyfriend and I were watching Coming To America. She was stretching on the back of the couch. licking Boyfriend's hand, shimmying like a ten dollar hooker... shamefully cute.

I am so happy, you have no idea, to hear that someone is excited about the plot twists in my comic. It gives me a lot of pleasure to be able to make people look forward to the next installment, and I thank you for being so interested. Yowza.

I'm so sorry I forgot to respond to that comment! Nono, my dear, you didn't weird me out in the least. I thought it was hilarious! In fact, I love Vosges chocolate -- my dad sent me a box once of the Rasta blend... very odd, but great. I was so busy loving the cuteness of the pig and marveling that no one on the site seemed to admit that chocolate and bacon were even a strange combination.

Miss Cave Mama, I would adore it if you got a journal, even if just to say hi to me and possibly even meet other cool folks, which is what I did.

PS: I totally had the A. Nonny Mouse book as a kid and loooooved it.

Glad you got a smile out of it:) (and that I hadn't weirded you out!) I think my favorite Vosges is the Italian collection... my 2 food obsessions are chocolate and cheese, and combining them in a truffle? It boggles the mind, but pleases the palate! Too bad I have the "champagne taste, beer budget" conundrum going on, or I'd be a regular customer. As for the Flying Chocolate Pig, I can't figure out whether I'm more bemused at the chocolate-bacon combination, or that the pig itself is made of... itself... only smoked and cured and cooked.

Waffling still on the elljay issue... never let it be said that I'm not cautious;) It took me well over a year to comment in yours for the first time!

I wanted to get that book for my kids (I love some of the odd takes on humor in it), but it's apparently not in print anymore. Write a letter to your senator! Start a revolution!

I don't have proper definitions of them. They're both demons, though one has a more angelic look than the other. The pig, though looking more angelic and trying to convince me not to do bad things like have a boyfriend, is nonetheless mean and not very likable. Finn, a demon, encourages me to do bad things, but it backfires and he winds up seeming like a good character.

I know. I didn't plan it like this.

I changed Warburton's outfit in upcoming strips. The skirt thing didn't feel right. Don't be upset, baby, you know I'm putting in a good word for you!
