voodoo {red cadillac}
I've been drawing feverishly lately, trying to get people interested in a website that isn't quite done yet, and even though that part is a little embarrassing, it seems like people are reacting well to the idea of a free cartoon designed for their laughing pleasure. I can't think of too many people who would find that offensive, but it does happen.

I drew a piece for a flyer I'd intended to pass out at a local comics convention, but I chickened out at the thought of hordes of anime-drunk supernerds (speaking as a supernerd myself, mind you) and am instead passing out mini prints of it at work and whatnot.

I'm really happy with this one. I've gotten more compliments on it than any other piece I've done yet, and it seems my coloring skills are not as poor as I'd given myself credit for.

Also, I did a small, random piece that turned out not to go to anything.

Some way cool news is that I finally added some new products to my Snap Crackle Pop Store!

There have been a lot of requests for black t-shirts, which I have provided with this new design, as well as some other fun stuff. The downside is that, with CafePress's base prices being so high as it is, I'm stiffing myself on money to have low prices in my shop and yet the prices are still higher than I'd like. Sorry kids, but I'm making it as low as I can. Even so, I love and appreciate the support.

There's a lot more to come once I figure out how to properly color in this computer program, or else I'll just do it all by hand. Let me know if you have any other ideas for me!

Glad you like it! I'd make it free if I could, and I mean that.

Oh no, you changed your name again! How will I ever keep track of you?! I miss Jammy.

That is stunning. I love it! Finn totally works as a giant Buddha. :D I love the Zen Stephen and you're so calm in cool colors in the center of it all. I don't know what Pig is up to, but her certainly look suspicious! And Warburton doesn't exactly looked thrilled at the giant Finn. :D

Oooh, "stunning". Thanks! I'm thrilled you like it. Yeah, Warburton is pretty rankled by the sight of Finn being bigger than him. ;)

I think that the Pig's trying to figure out if he can smoke the incense. Sneaky lil' booger... :-)

Guess you never know what a flying pig will do next.

these are AWESOME! i love the angry exclamation mark. i hopped right on over and ordered my hoodie AND the long black tee because they are both so darn cool! and yeah, unfortunately there isn't much you can do about the pricing but it is quality stuff and worth it for your friends/family/fans to pimp you. ;)

also i think you should make some bags. when i saw the colored drawing there i thought it would like really nice on one of those natural tote bags mathingies! i like your coloring skills so i am glad you are finding them more up to snuff than you realized.

and no worries about "chickening out" with the comic convention my lovely! that old saying about slow and steady winning the race tends to be true. you gotta take what steps you feel comfortable with in this endeavor and things will keeping moving along as they should.

Yeah, the False Alarm. I like him too, though he's an irritating character.

Wow, you ordered already! That's fantastic, I'm so glad. The moment you suggested I make a bag, I ran over and did so, and I'm kind of excited: Double-sided tote bag! Way fun. I may get one myself.

You're just right about the convention. It wasn't my scene, I wasn't ready. The site isn't even quite finished. Next time, I'll get 'em.

Thanks!

Well, my SCP hoodie kept me warm this winter and now my black SCP shirt will keep me looking cool this summer. And my Mac is going to get its first sticker! (SCP, of course)

Cool beans!

Oh, I really, really like the B&W drawing above.

Hey, right on! Glad you like the new stuff. Thanks for buying stuff from here, it helps me to afford keeping the store open. ;) I also just made a tote bag for the shop.

I'm surprised you like the black and white drawing particularly, because I hadn't thought too much of it. I mean, I liked the characters and how they were drawn, but I didn't feel like it was very original or inventive. You must see something in it that I don't.

I was so happy to get to talk to you for a bit today, and sorry I had to keep it short. I didn't really want to. I'll give you a call as soon as I get a chance. Love you, pops!

Been there, done that, (just) bought the tote bag. It is too cool not to buy!
